  1. Meditation— try using an app to help set up a regular schedule

  2. Taking a walk— fifteen minutes should do it, releases endorphins and decreases stress

  3. Power napping— this isn’t a 2-hour Sunday afternoon nap; just 20 minutes will work

  4. Breathe— in for a count of five, out for a count of five, five times in a row

  5. Essential oils— environment impacts stress; find your ideal aroma and get a diffuser

  6. Listen to music— it’s never been easier to use the power of playlists for good.

We also interview branding expert Katie Cooper, owner of Lemon Life Design, to talk about how design can impact your marketing efforts. And, finally, at the end of the episode, we talk about what we’ve learned so far as new podcasters.
